MY BACKGROUND

I grew up in Manchester and discovered my passion for dance at 14 after performing in a school show. From there, I studied Dance BTEC, trained professionally, and earned a degree in Professional and Commercial Dance.

After working in the industry, I realised my true purpose lies in teaching. Since 2018, I’ve taught Performing Arts across schools and colleges in London—choreographing, leading workshops, and supporting young people to grow in confidence and creativity through performance.

MY PURPOSE

As someone who is neurodivergent and experiences anxiety, I understand how overwhelming some dance environments can feel. That’s why my classes are designed to be pressure-free, supportive, and welcoming to everyone.

Here, it’s not about perfection—it’s about expression. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to dance, this is a safe space to learn, grow, and enjoy movement at your own pace.

Currently at Dance with Lyds, we are offering workshop sessions on an ad hoc basis.

These will be announced via Instagram & Tik Tok - and booking will be available under the 'book' tab on my website.

I will also offer private 1:1 sessions or small group bookings at your request. If you want to invest in your training, or just have a bit of fun - look no further!
